A Bit About Me

I have played softball for as long as I can remember. It has played a major part in my life and has taught me so many lessons over the years. I’ve learned competitiveness, sportsmanship, how to be a good teammate, how to celebrate the wins, and most importantly, how to overcome the losses. Although softball is a physical game, most of what plays into it is mental. The ability to be mentally tough and overcome mistakes is a skill everyone needs. Softball has always meant so much to me and I have always dreamed of playing at a higher level. As I have gotten older I have but more attention into what I want after my high school years. I know I want to go to continue my education, but I have been debatable on whether or not I plan on going to play softball. It is a big commitment but I don’t think I could ever imagine my life without. Although I love the game alone, I love the relationships I have made throughout the 13 years I have played. My coaches, teammates, friends and family have made playing the sport even more special. The memories and moments that I have made with everyone along the way will forever be cherished. Softball has overall made me a better person and I will forever be grateful for everyone and everything involved along the journey.
